These visuals that @selbean13 shared with us a while back are coming in clutch. Wellness is not always ✨yoga in the sun and keeping up with everything✨taking care of myself today was just recognizing I’m physically, mentally, and emotionally exhausted because I took on distractions to suppress the emotions and trauma digging at me. In response, all I did today was play with my kitten, feed, and rest my body - honestly whatever felt right. As much as I wanted to, I didn’t lift a dish (sorry to my roomie love you girl lmao), stress my body, or start any new projects. There’s no uniform path to wellness. Wellness can be just existing. Showing up with ourselves, for ourselves, and accepting life for what it is. You’ve been doing enough. This is your sign to come rest if you’ve been feeling exhausted - you deserve it -B🌙
